Meet the Mobil Bus!
Deuteronomy 2:7
To stimulate a person's heart, mind, and soul to higher learning; to create, develop, and explore their majestic artistic expression through instruction and producing an object to be enjoyed and appreciated by all.
For the Lord thy God hath blessed thee in all thy works of thy hands.

Welcome to my story! My journey into the world of art began as a young child when my mother introduced me to crayons and coloring books. I was captivated by the endless possibilities of color. As a teenager, I explored ceramics and porcelain doll painting under my mother’s guidance. My grandmother inspired me with cross-stitching and gardening, while my great-grandmother passed down the timeless craft of crochet.
In high school, I pursued cosmetology courses, earned my license, and started a hair and nail industry career. Shortly afterward, I worked with the United States Post Office before joining the United States Army, where I served for 8 years. I attended night school during my military service, earning degrees in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement. After an honorable discharge, I continued serving my community as a Fayetteville Police Officer until retiring at the age of 49.
I immersed myself in various creative outlets throughout my life, including sewing, scrapbooking, cardmaking, canvas painting, jewelry design, stained glass, and quilting. Over time, I expanded my passion for art into two home studios, where I discovered my love for teaching arts and crafts.
As retirement approached, I dreamed of starting my own art business to share the joy of creativity with my community. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I reimagined my vision to fit the times. My husband and I decided to renovate a school bus, transforming it into a mobile arts and crafts studio.
